At Xaghnt, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

During new collection launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands
  • European Union countries
  • United Kingdom
  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will see if we can make it work for you.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Typical rates are:

  • Netherlands: from €4.95 to €6.95
  • EU: from €8.95 to €14.95
  • United Kingdom: from €10.95 to €16.95
  • International: from €14.95 to €24.95

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on the Website.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
  • EU: 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
  • International: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, courier delays, or local conditions.

 

Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

Returns Due to Non Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
