Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@xaghnt.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, fragrances, pet hair, or any signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Earrings
- Gift cards
Sale items and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Exchanges
To keep things simple, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@xaghnt.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
